To comprehensively upgrade employees’ professional competence, standardize business reception protocols, and establish a polished corporate image for external communication, the company invited a professional trainer on-site on March 26 to conduct a special training program entitled Professional Image and Business Etiquette for employees of Golden Cat Coffee. Jin Lijuan, General Manager of Golden Cat Coffee, led department heads of the factory and 30 staff members responsible for business reception tasks from all departments to participate in the training.

At the beginning of the event, Liang Lei, Training Manager of the Human Resources Department at Jiahe Food, introduced the content and significance of the training. Combining practical scenarios in daily work, he emphasized the importance of business etiquette knowledge and skills, and encouraged all participants to learn with clear goals and questions.

Opening the course, the trainer started with an overview of image and etiquette, analyzed the correlation between personal image and temperament, and explained the cultural connotation that etiquette evolves from customs and refines into rational norms. Through the interactive session of Defining Your Personal Image Goal, participants re-examined their professional positioning, stimulated internal motivation to improve their professional image, and built a cognitive framework from awareness to practical application.

In the core module of professional image shaping, comprehensive training was carried out across four dimensions: grooming, attire, posture and vocal expression. The trainer elaborated on the TOP dressing principle, workplace dressing taboos and matching strategies for both men and women to help participants avoid common image mistakes. For posture training, intensive on-site practice was conducted, covering facial expression control, eye contact, upright standing posture, dignified sitting posture, elegant walking posture and proper hand gestures, with one-on-one guidance and correction throughout.

The practical business etiquette module covered four core scenarios: greetings, telephone communication, seating arrangements and dining etiquette. During greeting etiquette training, participants practiced standard procedures including greeting, introduction, handshakes and business card exchange through role-playing. For telephone etiquette, they learned proper timing for calls and polite hanging-up protocols. Regarding seating etiquette, the session focused on position arrangements for walking in groups, elevators, stairs and vehicle rides. In dining etiquette, participants systematically learned table order, seating arrangements and formal banquet manners. The atmosphere was highly interactive, with lively scenario simulations enabling learners to identify deficiencies, consolidate skills, and achieve incremental learning and practical application.

At the conclusion of the training, General Manager Jin Lijuan delivered a closing speech. Combining the brand development strategy of the company, she stressed that professional image reflects not only personal quality, but also serves as a window of corporate culture and a gateway to business cooperation. She pointed out that mastering etiquette helps employees establish themselves professionally, and transforms internal self-improvement into external brand influence.
