Caring for students' nutrition and promoting their healthy growth through scientific and reasonable diets. On May 18, on the occasion of the 9th National Nutrition Week and the 34th Chinese Students' Nutrition Day, Jiahe Food entered Bachu Middle School to carry out a science popularization activity on reasonable diet education. Through on-site lectures, the company helped students establish a healthy and nutritious diet concept and improve their scientific understanding of dietary nutrition knowledge.
The themes of this year's National Nutrition Week and Students' Nutrition Day are "Reasonable Diet: Food Therapy is a Good Doctor" and "Scientific Food Nurture Helps Children Grow Healthily" respectively. Yu Jingxin, Manager of the Healthy Ingredients Department of Jiahe Food, served as the lecturer of this activity, and gave a popular science, interesting and interactive dietary nutrition lecture to nearly 200 seventh-grade students at Bachu Middle School.
"Classmates, do you know which fruit is known as the king of fruits?" "What drinks do you usually like to drink?"... Starting with several simple questions, Teacher Yu led the students into the paradise of food knowledge. In class, Teacher Yu shared the collocation and eating methods of daily diets, and popularized the choice of healthy drinks to students, enabling them to understand scientifically and systematically the importance of "how to eat and how to drink" for physical health. It inspired them to observe a balanced diet in daily life and make scientific diet plans more consciously and proactively. Interactive sessions such as tasting the company's products were also arranged during the activity, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
