In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies (Cai Kuai〔2023〕No.4) jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jiahe Food Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") intends to carry out tendering for the selection of its 2026 annual accounting firm. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

2. Content of Tender Project
The Company intends to select an accounting firm to provide 2026 annual audit services. For detailed information, please refer to the tender documents.
3. Tendering Method
Invited tendering will be adopted with no fewer than 3 accounting firms invited.
4. Evaluation Method
Comprehensive scoring method is adopted for bid evaluation. The evaluation items include comprehensive performance, practice records, project person-in-charge and team qualifications, audit fee quotation, risk bearing capacity, information security management, work plan, and quality management level.
5. Bid Submission Period, Location and Required Materials
(1) Deadline for Bid Document Submission
From 9:00 on March 16, 2026 to 16:00 on March 25, 2026
(2) Location for Bid Document Submission
Securities Department, Jiahe Food Industry Co., Ltd., No.518 South Zhongshan Road, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Bidders shall deliver sealed bid documents (see attachment for details) to the designated location by post before the deadline. Documents delivered overdue or unsealed shall be rejected.
6. Bid Opening Time and Location
The bid opening will be held in the meeting room of the Company on April 22, 2026.
