On April 30, the very day Jiahe Food Industry Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company invited academicians and experts to jointly launch the Zero Trans Fatty Acids Action Plan, exploring new industrial models and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
The launching ceremony was witnessed by Academician Chen Junshi, Chief Advisor of the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, Ji Hengyi, Deputy District Mayor of Wujiang District, and other guests. Professor Wang Xingguo from Jiangnan University was appointed as the Chief Advisor of this action plan. In his speech, Chief Advisor Professor Wang Xingguo pointed out that the Zero Trans Fatty Acids Action Plan represents a commitment from a socially responsible enterprise. The WHO has put forward action proposals to achieve the global goal of eliminating trans fats by 2023.
